35th Annual Rocky Mountain ATV/MC AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship Officially Kicks-Off with First Motos August 3, 2016 The 2016 Annual Rocky Mountain ATV/MC AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship, presented by AMSOIL, officially got underway today, August 2, at the historic Loretta Lynn Ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee. This year marks the 35th running of the world’s largest and most prestigious amateur motocross championship. Track officials were forced to delay racing after an abundant amount of rainfall occurred over night and continued throughout the early morning.
