2025 GROUND RULES

WELCOME!  Riders and their families have worked long and hard to arrive at this top level of competition. We want you to have a good time at Loretta’s, but we also want you to have every opportunity to be your best in the competition. This means there are Ground Rules that everyone must follow.

1. CAMPGROUND RESTRICTION. Only persons with Hookup, Facility or Fan Camping permits are authorized to enter the campgrounds and use the amenities, including the creek, swimming pool and bath houses.  Fans who did not purchase a camping permit are unauthorized to use these amenities.  Fans who purchase a day pass/ticket are prohibited from accessing the creek and are restricted to Sponsor Village and the racetrack fence line along the county road.

2. HURRICANE CREEK RULES. Hurricane Creek runs along the boundary edge of the Ranch property.  The creek is an enjoyable place to cool down and recreate, but it can be dangerous.  The following rules apply to everyone on Ranch property during LLMX:

  • NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  • The Creek is closed to all activity from 8 PM to 8 AM daily.
  • The creek is for registered racers and camping guests only.
  • Spectators/Day Fans are prohibited from using or accessing the creek.
  • Children under the age of 16 years must have adult supervision.
  • Parents may not leave their children unattended at the creek. Event Staff are not babysitters.
  • NO JUMPING OFF ROCKS into the creek or from any point on either side of the creek.
  • NO TRESPASSING on the opposite side of the creek.
  • The property on the opposite side of the creek is not owned by Loretta Lynn Ranch.
  • No horseplay, shoving or pushing others.
  • No glass, sharp objects, weapons or any items that may cause injury.
  • No exceedingly loud music. Keep all music family friendly.
  • No motorcycles, bicycles or vehicles of any kind in the creek.
  • Keep the creek clean. Clean-up your trash.
  • No public intoxication/illegal substances.
  • Proper footwear required.
  • All animals must be kept on a leash at all times.
  • The creek is a natural home for many animals, including snakes. Please be aware of your surroundings and do not approach or harass any wildlife.
  • MX Sports reserves the right to remove and/or disqualify anyone for non-compliance of the above rules.

3. SWIMMING POOL RULES.

  • NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT OWN RISK.
  • The Pool is for camping guests only. Spectators prohibited.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • No food, drinks, bicycles, dirty clothes or animals in the pool. 
  • No running, jumping, diving, pushing or rough play.
  • Swimming during posted hours only.

4. DO NOT PARK ON THE COUNTY ROAD OR WITHIN 20’ OF THE RACETRACK. The road along the racetrack is a county road and must remain open and free of blockage at all times.  Please be aware that the county patrol will tow all vehicles parked alongside the road.  This includes the road from the front gate to Loretta’s house.  Further, do not park or camp up against the racetrack fence.  No vehicle can park within 20’ of the racetrack fence.

5. RACE BIKE USE. Race bikes can only be ridden at a walking pace to/from the racetrack and Burnout Area. Otherwise - race bikes may not be ridden anywhere on the Ranch.

6. ROUNDABOUT USE. There is one single-lane roundabout at the intersection below Greenville. The rules for maneuvering through the roundabout are as follows:

  • Slow down as you approach the roundabout and watch out for pedestrians
  • All traffic must bear to the right, counterclockwise
  • Look to your left and yield to traffic already in the roundabout
  • Once you see a gap in traffic, enter the circle and proceed to your exit

7. USED OIL. DO NOTwash bikes or dump pollutants in the creek or pond. DO NOT dump oils, fuels, coolants or other waste materials on the ground. They must be disposed of properly. “Used Oil” containers are available in the Power Wash Areas for this purpose. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

8. NO WOODS RIDING. The Ranch trails are off limitsto motorized vehicles of any kind.  These trails are open to Class 1 pedal-assist bicycles only.  Anyone caught violating this rule is subject to disqualification and/or eviction from the event.

9. NO DRONES OR REMOTE-CONTROL AIRCRAFT. If we catch it, we will keep it, and you will leave.

10. NO WEAPONS, FIREARMS, FIREWORKS, WATER BALLOONS, WATER GUNS OR PAINTBALL GUNS. The misuse of water guns or other toy paraphernalia to harass other guests will not be tolerated.  Leave your water guns at home or risk expulsion from the event. Open carry firearms are prohibited. DO NOT display your firearm. If you see a firearm, report it to security immediately.

11. NO DRUGS, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. This is a family friendly event.

12. NO PUBLIC INTOXICATION, profanity, indecency, or excessive boisterous behavior, violent or erratic behavior.

13. PHOTO/FILMING RELEASE. This event will be recorded, videoed and photographed all week long. It is possible your face and/or voice might end up in the media and in advertising for our and others’ products and services. By entering Loretta Lynn Ranch, you consent, on behalf of yourself and your children, that:

  • this is fine with you;
  • any such recordings of you or your children are the sole and exclusive property of MX Sports, Inc. and its affiliates;
  • they may be used on the internet, in a television show, feature film or for any other purpose, forever, worldwide in any and all media including in advertising and marketing materials, without compensation; and
  • MX Sports, Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible if you don’t like the way you look or for any other claim or controversy arising out of your being recorded or our use of those recordings/images.

If you do not agree to the above, stay home. 

MISCELLANEOUS 

  1. RADIO/MX SPORTS CENTER. The MX Sports Radio Channel is FM 88.9.  The best way to stay tuned to event activities is to tune-in.
  2. INTERNET SERVICE. Internet service is available thru Strategic Service Solutions.  To purchase service, go to cloudpays.info. Onsite technical support will be available at the Strategic Service Solutions Office located across from the MX Sports Trackside Office.
  3. LORETTA LYNN HONOR ROLL. Think you’re smart?  Prove it!  If you averaged a grade-point average of “B” or better, we will induct you into the Loretta Lynn Honor Roll.  Pick up your A+ stickers at registration for your number plates to show off during the week so that everyone else knows how smart you are too.  We are proud of our moto-brains.
  4. BEER TENT. The Beer Tent is operated by the Loretta Lynn Ranch for the convenience of our adult guests only. The pub is located next to Lake Loretta and will open nightly from 8 pm to Midnight.  Guests must be 21 years old to enter.
  5. LAUNDRY SERVICE. Local laundry service will be available at the main gate entrance.  Ladies will collect your dirty laundry and return it to you clean and folded.
  6. LOST & FOUND. Find something?  Please turn it into the MX Sports Racetrack Office.  Lose something?  Stop by the Track Office. MX Sports is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or any items lost during the event.

Please remember that you and your family are guests of Humphries County and Loretta Lynn. You are representing the AMA and our great sport of motocross. Your behavior will reflect on how the public views our sport. Inappropriate behavior reported by any hotel manager, local business personnel, Ranch staff or law enforcement officer may result in disqualification. You have worked too hard to take that chance.
