Rental RV Drop Off Policy

If the RV is being dropped off by a third party driver, the third party driver must take the unit to the designated rental RV drop lot, unless the customer is there with the third party driver to pilot them to their selected spot. In this case, the third party driver and customer must coordinate ahead of time because the third party driver cannot wait for the customer at the front gate.

The third party driver must have on hand the name of the registered customer so that front gate staff can verify the customer. The third party driver must also put the name and contact phone number of the customer on a sign on the door of the rental unit.

The customer must inform the third party driver that they have to check in at the front gate upon arrival. They cannot bypass the front gate, they will need to be instructed on where to place the rental RV.

In the case that the rental RV arrives before the customer is onsite, the customer must check in upon arrival and validate camping passes.

If the customer is driving the rental RV themself, this policy does not apply. This rule applies to rental RVs being dropped off by third party drivers.

This is to avoid confusion and accidents for the third party.
