Regional Championship Information:
Unlike the Area Qualifiers, to confirm your guaranteed spot or Alternate status at the Regional Championship, racers must pre-register with MX Sports by Monday at midnight (ET) the week of each Regional event.
The fees paid online are the MX Sports fees; this payment is to guarantee your spot at the Regional Championship event. This does not include track fees (gate admission, race venue entry fee, etc.). Fees may vary from track to track. Racers that have qualified through an Area Qualifier but fail to pay the MX Sports fee online ahead of time become an ALTERNATE at the Regional Championship event.
The MX Sports Regional Fee is $70 and is separate and apart from the gate admission and track race entry fees that will be charged at the event by the organizer. You will receive two receipts, one from mailer@trackside confirming your entries with your classes and one from MX Sports confirming your payment. To guarantee a spot at a Regional Championship, racers must register online in advance with MX Sports.

Racers that have qualified through an Area Qualifier but fail to register online with MX Sports and pay the MX Sports fee, will forfeit their guaranteed position and become an ALTERNATE at the Regional Championship event. Again, if a racer does not register online with MX Sports, including racers with guaranteed positions, it will be assumed the racer is not attending the Regional Championship and the position will be filled from the Alternate list.
Refund requests for Regional Championships must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. EST the Monday prior to a Regional event. All refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee except for Alternates not selected for Regional. To submit a Refund Request, go to www.mxsports.com for online submission. Phone calls will not be accepted.

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is proud to support all racers that participate in the Loretta Lynn program and that is why EVERY racer that participates at an Regional Championship will receive a $20 Race Gas credit to RockyMountainATVMC.com. (One cash credit per racer, per event) Why the change? To get you your cash quicker and to make it easier to use on the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC website or when calling in. When Race Gas Cash credits are earned, you’ll receive an email letting you know how much cash has been put into your account, what event you received it for and the expiration of that credit. If you don’t have an account with Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, you’ll have the opportunity to do so through the email that is sent to you. (Please allow 3-4 weeks following the Area Qualifier to receive your email with credit.)
