GUEST CAMPING:

Camping for fans and non-racers is available by advance reservation only. Hook-up sites are reserved for racers only and are not available for fan camping.

Camping Permits include camping for one vehicle, gate admission for unlimited number of guests, and evening activities. Fee is per camping vehicle – not per person. Tent camping requires a camping permit.

You are welcome to arrive early, but you will be required to pay the Ranch a camping fee of $75 per night, $10 per extra car and $10 per pit vehicle. If arriving before Saturday July 27th, you may not have a hookup site unless you have been assigned one for National week.

Pump-out and freshwater services will be available for a per service fee. Fee is $40 for 2024. Grab a flyer at the Front Gate with directions on how to purchase a pump out or water fill service.

Camping Passes must be purchased online in advance. Limited Availability.

GUEST CAR PASS (Online/At Event Purchase):

Guest Car Passes available online and at the gate will be sold at the rate in the chart above. This is for guests wanting to attend the races for multiple days, or camp with someone who has already purchased a camping pass.

All Car Passes (racers & non-racers) sold at the event, will be sold at the rate in the chart above.

PIT VEHICLE PERMITS:

Pit vehicles can only be operated by permit. The cost of a permit for racers is $125 until July 12 and limited to two permits per facility permit. The cost after July 12 is $150. Pit vehicle permits are available to racers and campers only; day spectators are not eligible for pit permits.

PIT VEHICLE GUIDELINES & RULES:

  • NO Motorcycles, Mini-cycles, ATV’s or electric bicycles with throttles
  • Four wheeled vehicles with a maximum width of 65" only permitted (See chart of approved pit vehicles below)
  • Operators must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 16 years of age
  • Speed Limits is 13 MPH
  • Pit vehicle use hours: 7 am - 10:30 pm daily; lights required after dusk
  • All passengers must be seated
  • Pit vehicles may only cross the country road at the designated Road Crossing above the MX Sports Track Office
  • Pit vehicles are PROHIBITED in the following areas:
    • Motocross Track or anywhere inside the track fence
    • Ranch Trails/Woods
    • County Road
    • Western Town
  • Pit vehicles may not be operated in a reckless, careless or dangerous manner and may not be operated by anyone under the influence of alcohol
  • Pit vehicle use is a privilege, not a right, which privilege can be revoked or terminated for any or no reason at the sole discretion of MX Sports
  • Unauthorized pit vehicles will be confiscated
  • Violation of any of the above rules is grounds for penalty, including but not limited to confiscation of pit vehicle, disqualification of racer, and/or ejection from facility

Pit Vehicle Permits can be purchased in advance or on-site, but the purchaser must have a facility or camping permit.

DAY TRIP PARKING:

Fans wishing to attend one day at a time may pay a day rate. Fees are per vehicle – not per person.

Day Trippers must park in the designated 'Day Lot'. There is NO overnight camping in the Day Lot. Day Tripper vehicles are not permitted in the camping areas.

Pit Permits are not available to Day Trippers.

FAN ADMISSION REFUNDS

Fans who purchased a camping and/or car pass online can submit for a refund no later than Monday, July 29. Click HERE to fill out the refund form.
