Cobra Moto announces industry-leading trackside support program for Loretta’s

Monday, July 24, 2017 | 12:40 PM

Continuing the gold standard in terms of rider support, Cobra Moto announced today its program for the legions of Cobra Kids that have qualified for the year’s biggest and most prestigious amateur motocross racing competition – the July 31st to Aug. 5th Rocky Mountain ATV/MC AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship, aka “Loretta Lynn’s.”

Cobra Moto’s trackside support is legendary amongst the fathers/mechanics that keep the little guys ripping from starting gate to podium. With emergency parts and technical support up front, Cobra Moto’s will have specialty parts available under the awning, along with, quite literally, assistance from the actual guys who designed the part(s).

Cobra Moto Trackside Support Schedule for Loretta’s:

Parts: Saturday, July 29th to Friday, August 4th (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

Service: Monday, July 31st to Friday, August 4th (8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and Saturday, August 5th (8 a.m. to 1 p.m.)

Cobra Moto’s support for its racers doesn’t just end at the parts trailer. First-time qualifiers at Loretta’s and their families are invited to participate in Cobra Moto’s new family orientation program. With experience over decades of racing at Loretta’s, Cobra Moto’s staff will guide new Cobra-mounted racers and their families through all the intricacies at the world’s largest amateur motocross racing event. Cobra Moto’s support staff, mechanics and engineers will share tips on bike preparation, maintenance and how to best prepare the bike(s) for the grueling weeklong competition. They’ll also provide guidance on what Cobra Moto offers in terms of general assistance throughout the week.

Cobra Moto New Family Orientation Program

Date: Sunday, July 30th, 5 p.m. at the Cobra Moto compound

Another event scheduled following the Cobra Moto New Family Orientation Program is the popular Cobra Moto Track Walk. Headed up by former pro motocross/supercross racer Matt Walker (owner of MotoX Compound in Georgia and multi-time Loretta’s competitor), Cobra Moto kids will get a firsthand look at the Loretta’s track, with helpful insight and race strategy from Walker.

And right before you pack up to go home, Cobra Moto will roll out a nice spread of food with the annual Cobra Moto Family Dinner – a true reward for the kids and epic bench racing forum for the dads with the 2018 Cobra Moto Model Reveal soon thereafter.
