Light Up Celebration Announced For 2020 Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship

It may not be the holiday season, but MX Sports Inc., producer of the 2020 Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship, is excited to announce its Inaugural Light Up Celebration at The Ranch. The Light Up Celebration will begin on Sunday, August 2nd, and will take place through Friday, August 7th.

The single-largest motocross event on planet earth is just around the corner, as the 39th running of the Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship readies to welcome more than a thousand of the world’s most talented amateur racers to one of the sport’s most hallowed grounds, Loretta Lynn Ranch. Over the course of six days, this sprawling landscape located in rural Hurricane Mills, Tennessee, will become motocross’ epicenter, where all eyes will be watching to see who prevails as AMA National Champion across 36 classes of competition.

The Regionals have been completed and Registration is now open for the National Championship set for August 2nd – 8th at Loretta Lynn Ranch in Hurricane Mills, TN. The event will be conducted in compliance with social distancing guidelines and best practices as issued by the Safe-to-Race Task Force and in compliance with the CDC.

National Registration Now Open For The 39th Annual Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship

As the final two Regional Championships took place this past weekend, the final step in qualifying for the 39th Annual Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship is now complete. Amateur racers have been working hard, competing over the course of five weeks to qualify for the world’s largest and most prestigious amateur motocross race at the iconic Loretta Lynn Ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.
