MX Sports Pro Racing Pro Rider Orientation Scheduled for Loretta Lynn’s
MX Sports and American Suzuki will host an MX Sports Pro Racing Pro Rider Orientation at the upcoming 37th Annual AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch. All Open Pro Sport and 250 A riders 16 years of age or older who qualified for the Top 42 at the National are eligible for an AMA Pro Racing Motocross License without further qualification. To help these riders and all future pro motocross licensed riders prepare for this next step in their racing career, MX Sports Pro Racing will conduct Pro Rider Orientation on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at the Suzuki Pits.
Issues to be discussed include: how to apply for and obtain a pro license, including requirements for eligibility, rider registration and entry process, credentialing for crew and guests, ImPACT Concussion Baseline Test Protocol, USADA Anti-Doping and Supplements Program and available resources, Rider Medical and a general discussion of race procedures, regulations, and technical inspection requirements. The orientation will be moderated by MX Sports Pro Racing Competition Director, Roy Janson and Ricky Carmichael. The one-hour event is open to all riders and their families and crew members at no charge.
