Loretta Lynn’s National Registration Deadlines
Congratulations! And thank you for participating in this year’s 2015 Rocky Mountain ATV/MC AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship qualifying program. We look forward to seeing you at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch for the National Final.
Now that you have qualified, you will need to be sure to get your face in the National Yearbook. Photos must be uploaded no later than July 6th @ 5 pm. This is a hard deadline as we must go to print.
Before uploading, please read the information below so you are aware of our National Roster and Number dates, as well as other pertinent information:
- National Registration and the photo submission deadline is July 6th @ 5 p.m. EST
- Rider Roster will be posted July 8th after 5 p.m. EST
- National Numbers will be posted July 11th after 5 p.m. EST
- Alternate rankings will be posted July 13th at 12 p.m. EST
- Race Order will be posted July 13th after 5 p.m. EST
- Hookup Lottery will be posted July 14th after 5 p.m. EST
- All other information will be posted as it becomes available.
- These dates are tentative and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Regional Results Key: When monitoring the status of a rider’s national entry, we will use green and yellow checkmarks. Green checkmarks signify a Qualified/paid entry. Yellow checkmarks signify an Alternate/paid entry. Once you have completed the registration process, please verify the status of your entry to ensure a green checkmark is displayed. We update the system every morning, so please check the next day.
- To determine how many riders will advance from each region, please consult the Advancement Chart.
- Every rider must purchase a Facility Permit, with the exception that participating riders from the same household who are also immediate family members need only purchase one permit between them. We will put a hold on your credit card for the second rider pending verification of joint residency. You will receive an email notifying you that you have been approved, denied or pending approval. If denied your card will be immediately charged for the second or third racer. If approved the hold will be released and no further charges will be made.
- Riders in the Senior (45+) and Masters (50+) classes, Girls Sr (12-16) and Girls Jr (9-13), and Women (16+) All-Star and Women (14+) classes, may attempt to qualify at the Area Qualifier and Regional Championship in both classes. However, at the National Championship only one class may be chosen, as these respective classes will be run together or in a staggered-start format and be scored separately.
- Riders in any of the 51cc classes may attempt to qualify at the Area Qualifier and Regional Championship in multiple 51cc classes, but may only enter one 51cc class at the National Championship. The 51cc (4-6) Special Limited and 51cc (4-6) Shaft Drive Limited classes will be run together in a staggered-start format and be scored separately.
- Your AMA membership must be valid through the week of the National (July 26-August 1). If you purchased or renewed your AMA membership at a track and have not yet received your card please use your original number when attempting to register. If that fails, enter the temporary AMA number issued to you at the track. If you still cannot register, don’t panic it’s usually a quick fix that we can correct with a simple email. Contact us at [email protected].
- VERY IMPORTANT: If you have not familiarized yourself with the Supplemental Rules, Race Procedures & Ground Rules, do so now! It is your responsibility to know the rules of the race.
