RCU Makes West Coast Debut at Lake Elsinore After Final Round of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross

Morgantown, W. Va. (August 17, 2012) —“ After much anticipation, MX Sports is pleased to announce the west coast debut of the highly regarded Ricky Carmichael University, an exclusive riding school hosted by The-Greatest-of-All-Time and his talented team of instructors. RCU is set to take place on Monday, September 10, immediately following the final round of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Series, sanctioned by AMA Pro Racing, at Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park in Lake Elsinore, Ca.

Carmichael and his experienced panel of instructors will teach students everything from proper body positioning, to utilizing organized drills that focus on flat turns, rhythm sections and improved braking techniques.

“It’s amazing how much RCU has grown since we it all began at Daytona International Speedway in 2010,” Carmichael said. “I’m excited to be able to give students on the west coast the opportunity to take part in RCU this year. We’re looking forward to having some fun at Lake Elsinore this year.”

Registration is now open for this exclusive opportunity for motocross riders on the west coast, young and old, to get personalized one-on-one training with The G.O.A.T and his team of instructors. For more details, or to reserve a spot at the 2012 RCU Lake Elsinore campus, click HERE.

About Ricky Carmichael University

Ricky Carmichael University began in 2010 as a once in a lifetime opportunity for riders of all ages and skill levels to learn from The-Greatest-of-All-Time, Ricky Carmichael, in conjunction with the Ricky Carmichael Amateur Supercross at Daytona International Speedway. Due to the expansion of racing in 2012, Daytona was no longer able to facilitate RCU, thus expanding this exclusive riding school to Lake Elsinore in California and for the first time ever, Fat Cat Moto Parc in Doncaster, UK.
