CAMPING UPDATE

Evening Update for July 27, 2026 @ 7:20 p.m. ET / 6:20 p.m. CT

Our gates will remain open tonight until 10 p.m. CT / 11 p.m. ET

After 10 p.m. CT, no campers will be permitted into the campground. The campground will reopen at 8 a.m. CT / 9 a.m. ET tomorrow morning. Please do not come to the ranch after 10 p.m. CT. 

The campground remains extremely wet, and many campers have required assistance.

If you’re arriving later, please use an alternative staging area and plan to enter after 8 a.m. CT. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Update July 27, 2026 @ 3:00pm ET / 2:00pm CT:

Attention Campers: We will open The Ranch Campground at 3:00 PM CT today.

It is still very wet—please use caution when selecting your campsite.

Also, keep pit vehicle riding to a minimum as campers are pulling in.

Update July 27, 2026 @ 1:00 pm ET / 12:00 pm CT:

Due to the continued impact of this morning’s heavy rain, the campground remains closed at this time.

We are continuing to monitor conditions and evaluate the grounds. The safety of our campers, staff, and the ranch remains our top priority.

Our next update will be provided at 2:00 PM CT / 3:00 PM ET.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. Families traveling to Loretta Lynn’s Ranch should continue to make alternative plans until further notice.

There is no change to the current status. The ranch remains closed until further notice due to ground conditions.

We will provide the next update at 12:00 (noon) p.m. CT / 1:00 p.m. ET .

Update July 27, 2026 @ 7:30 am ET / 6:30 am CT:

Severe thunderstorms moved through the area overnight, and it is currently raining at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch.

Due to wet ground conditions, we are unable to open the campground this morning. We will not accept arriving campers before 12:00 (noon) CT today. Please remember Loretta's is located in the CENTRAL time zone. 

Families traveling to Loretta Lynn’s should make alternative accommodations or delay their arrival this morning.

The forecast indicates the rain should end later this morning.

We will provide another update at 10:00 a.m. CT / 11:00 a.m. ET.
