SUBJECT:               COMP BULLETIN 2013-3: Clarification on Class 32.1 (Girls 12-16) and 32.2 (Girls 9-11)

It is necessary to amend Supplemental Rule Section A - Rider Eligibility and Classification.  The rule as currently issued suggests it is possible to attempt to qualify in both Class 32.1 (Girls 12-16) and Class 32.2 (Girls 9-11).  Due to the age requirements, this is not possible.

To remove the confusion, the rule has been amended as follows:

1. Riders may attempt to qualify at the Area Qualifier and Regional Championship levels in the following multiple classes; however, at the National only one class may be chosen between them:

Although MX Sports prefers not to make rule changes during the race season, in this case the clarification is necessary to avoid any confusion.
