Levi received the award after the Schnowske family felt that he exhibited so many wonderful qualities, just like Ryder. It was said that Levi is a fun, spunky, comical and outgoing young man. He is just excited to race and loves everything about the sport.

Ryder’s mother, Deyonne stated, “His sweet little smile looks a lot like my Ryders.” On Sunday during opening ceremonies, Deyonne and her family will be onsite to present Levi and his family with his award on the Monster Energy stage.

Ryder Schnowske of Cambridge, Illinois, was involved in an accident on Saturday, June 22, 2019, while attempting to qualify for the AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship in Michigan. Ryder sadly passed away due to his injuries sustained. Ryder was 15 years old.
