Applications for the 2021 AMA Amateur Motocross National Championship must be submitted no later than Friday, July 16th at 5pmET. Contact Derek Garcia with MX Sports [email protected] with any questions about your application.
Approval: Completing an application and providing payment information does not guarantee approval. Applications are approved on a case-by-case basis in the sole discretion of MX Sports (“MXS”) and will be done in a timely matter leading up to the Amateur National.
Payment: Payment must be received before setting up at the Amateur National. You can provide a check to be mailed to the address below before Friday, July 23rd or you can provide credit card information on the application. Credit card payments will be charged a 3.5% convenience fee.
Exhibitor Rules & Regulations: Vendors must observe all event rules and regulations, including insurance and indemnification provisions located at the bottom of the Application. Once you arrive on-site and are unsure about rules, please seek information from Derek Garcia or MX Sports Staff. Do not begin work or setting up as a vendor unless you understand the event rules and regulations.
Infield Pass: Infield passes do not come with a purchase of a vendor location.
General Information: Vendors must provide own tables, tents, chairs equipment, etc. MXS will have security on-site 24 hours a day but is not responsible for exhibitors’ products, displays or other property.
